At Shell I held operational responsibility for cybersecurity across AWS and Azure estates serving enterprise customers: vulnerability remediation, IAM governance, DevSecOps adoption, and integration security for AI and RAG workflows. The work was measured by whether production stayed safe under change, not by policy documents alone.

That same bar applies when AI sits in the delivery path: data egress, integration surface, and access review stay in the brief, not as a bolt-on after launch.
